Premises Liability - Slip/Trip and Fall

Premises liability claims are those injuries that happen on another person’s property. Whether you are injured by the condition of the property, or other negligent act, we will act on your behalf to preserve the evidence and present a persuasive claim for settlement. If your injury happened at someone’s home or business, out first job is to investigate and identify those factors which caused the injury.

Premises liability claims can be the result of tripping hazards such as elevated seams in sidewalks, pot holes, speed bumps, or other defects in the property. Falling items that were not properly mounted or hung, store shelfs, inadequate ramps and stairways, and even lighting conditions can cause or contribute to premises claims. Our office has represented a number of clients for premises claims and recovered over a million dollars for our clients.

We fall every day and most often aren’t injured. Sometimes it is our own fault, sometimes it is someone else’s. Such a simple thing as a trip, slip or fall can have devastating consequences including death, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, fractures, and others. The cause of the fall can be simple or complex. It is important that your attorney understand the cause of the fall, the responsible party, and the resulting damages.

We will seek to identify all parties that may be responsible for your injuries and hold them accountable.

We understand that there are a hundreds of attorneys in Spokane.  We set ourselves apart by making the client our number one concern.  From the first meeting until the end of your case, we will guide you and explain what to expect as we move towards resolution.  Our most important goal is your satisfaction.
